Duties and Responsibilities (include the following, but other duties may be assigned):
This cheerful, welcoming, organized individual will be the first point of contact for our callers, customers, vendors and other visitors and will also provide general office and administrative support for a variety of office operations. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Answer incoming calls on a multi- line system, greet and direct visitors
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain common office areas and equipment including ordering of supplies
• General clerical duties including word processing, data entry, copying, scanning and filing
• Assist with planning and coordination of company events
• Assist with scheduling meetings, reserving rooms and arranging for catering services
• Complete special projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of office experience
• Functional knowledge and experience with computers and general office equipment
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Professional telephone etiquette and friendly disposition
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt effectively in a changing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
