"Vogel Bros. Building
Co. was chosen as the Design/Builder for the Orlando Utilities Commission's
(OUC) Navy Water Treatment Plant, a $14.5 million upgrade to an existing
facility, based on their past performances at OUC's Conway Water Plant
Expansion and the construction of the Southeast Water Treatment Plant.
The primary goal for this facility is the utilization of ozone as the
core Treatment technology. By utilizing the "Team Approach"
in their design/build organizational planning, Vogel incorporated the
capabilities and strengths of the Owner (OUC), and the Construction
Management Team (VBBC), and the Engineer."
Kathi Carnes
Sr. Project Engineer
Orlando Utilities Commission.

"Vogel Bros. Building
Co. has been an active participant in Tampa Bay Water's capacity improvements
for the past several years. By utilizing the "Team Approach"
in their relationship with Tampa Bay Water and our design team, the
nation's largest sea water desalination plant is presently on budget
and on schedule to begin processing water in December 2002. Thanks to
the Management Team's collaborative style, we feel confident that we
are reaping the benefits of both cost and time savings."
Jerry L. Maxwell,
General Manager

"As I write this letter, I am sitting at my desk in one of the
most beautifully renovated school buildings in our district. Kenly Elementary
school is currently undergoing major renovations and fortunately, your
company was awarded the project. It reflects well on your company to
have someone in charge with such important responsibilities who understands
the effects of the school facility on the overall learning environment.
Mike is committed to doing everything possible to deliver a safe, functional
and attractive building for children."
Carolyn P. Hill,
Past Principal
Kenly Elementary School District of Hillsborough County
