In January 2005, Vogel Bros. working in conjunction CH2M Hill Constructors was selected to construct two water treatment plants capable of producing 5.0 MGD per plant.

The plants applied ozone technology for water treatment along with sodium hypochlorite and hydrofluosilic acid.

Each plant’s substantial completion date was delivered on time.
