Vogel Bros. teamed up with The Clark Construction Group to construct a 66 MGD surface water treatment plant.

This $83.0 million plant is the largest in Florida and among the most technologically advanced in the world.

The patented process uses a high rate ballasted flocculation in conjunction with ozonation and biologically active filters with deep bed granular activated carbon.

The project was completed on schedule and budget.
