Vogel Bros. teamed up with Camp, Dresser & McKee to complete an elaborate expansion allowing the capabilities of using ozone technology for treatment, producing an additional 17.0 MGD for a total of 32.0 MGD maximum flow rate and 40.0 MGD peak.

Substantial completion of the plant was completed two months ahead of schedule and $2.3 million less than originally budgeted.
