features:
Construction consists of a one-story masonry structure, slab on grade, precast roof deck over the office section and steel bar joists over the apparatus bays.

Interior partitions are constructed with metal studs and gypsum board.

The new building houses the Village offices, police and fire services, and features a large group meeting space.
