features: Heritage Oaks is a new 10 story (eight residential above grade, two parking below grade) senior residential housing facility. The building connects to the rest of the campus with a new 7,880 square foot four-story elevator addition to Tabor Oaks, a 1,480 square foot single story connector to the Village Inn, and a 9,942 square foot addition and skywalk to Hebron Hall.
Heritage Oaks includes two levels of heated, underground parking, along with 124 independent living units. The building includes two efficiency units and three ADA units, with the majority of apartments ranging between 1,000 and 2,285-square-feet. A total of 21 individual unit layouts were customized for the residents.
Heritage Oaks features a reinforced concrete frame with a full brick exterior. Both slabs in the parking level are two-way reinforced slabs, while the remaining slabs are post tension. The building is shaped with three wings reaching out toward the Village Inn Dining Room, Resurrection Chapel in Hebron Oaks, and their resale shop. In addition, roof top gardens highlight the upper level step backs. Heritage Oaks features high quality interior finishes and large windows.
