Safety

Vogel Bros. has a solid commitment to project safety. We are accountable to our workers, our clients, and the public for their safety on all of our job sites. We have a comprehensive safety program that is used for every building project, and employ a full-time safety Director who supports our project staff and coordinates all in-house training efforts.

We apply the same standards for safety to all subcontractors who work on our projects and hold pre-construction employee and subcontractor orientations prior to the start of each of our projects.

We conduct on-site safety training and job-site safety audits on a regular basis. Our supervisory personnel are certified in first aid, CPR, and confined space entry. Field personnel are fall protection certified and hazcom trained, and forklift certification is provided to select personnel. Vogel Bros. Building Co. has successfully completed a formal partnership with OSHA. We work hand-in-hand with OSHA along with Associated General Contractors to enhance safety on our job-sites. Vogel Bros. foremen are 10-hour OSHA certified and superintendents are 30-hour OSHA certified.

We consistently receive high marks from our clients on our management of job site safety. Our excellent safety record ultimately means a lower project cost for the construction of your building.
