January is the time to set new resolutions for the upcoming year. But by February, we oftentimes find ourselves behind on our goals (or we’ve abandoned them altogether). When it comes to setting safety goals, the last thing we want to do is fall short because the consequences could negatively affect employees’ health or lives.
