25 W. Main is a fully renovated, Class A office building with a new modern glass facade, new high efficiency building systems, 171,000 square feet of rentable office space, 32,000 square feed of rentable retail space, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views.
In addition to updating the corridor spaces with new high end finishes, Vogel Bros. completed several tenant improvement projects in this building on multiple floors for tenants including PUBG, American Family Insurance and First American Title. Each tenant project was unique in their style and approach to their office space. On one floor we renovated the space with a very classic, closed-office approach with acoustic ceiling panels, high end fixtures and finishes, high efficiency mechanicals, and a lot of glass. Another floor took a different approach with a modern, industrial look including exposed concrete, exposed ceiling, and an open office concept.
