After an asbestos abatement gutted the interior, Vogel Bros. was competitively selected for the initial core remodel of the 10 floor building. Success of that project as resulted in Vogel Bros. becoming a preferred contractor of Hovde Properties, having completed at least 5 tenant improvement projects since the initial core. All tenant improvement projects were completed with the goal of providing modern and efficient office space with the newest technology to help support the tenant’s organization.
