How do you describe the collection of experiences you have with a company? That feeling you get when you hear or read their name; experience their culture; validate their reputation. What do you call that? We call it VOGELart. VOGELart is the sum of our Why, How and What. It’s our way of doing business.

The beginning of a new year frequently sees individuals and organizations making resolutions and working to reinvent themselves. Vogel Bros. Building Co. just celebrated 90 years of operation as a corporation. We are using this milestone to reinforce the way we do business under the title of VOGELart.  It’s a new name for something we’ve been doing for generations. It’s what you call the experience you have when working with Vogel Bros. Building Co. It’s what you expect everywhere, but can only find here.

The concept of VOGELart started a little bit over three years ago as we reached out to all our employees to understand what they believed our fundamental beliefs and values are, here at VBBC. This effort showed a strong alignment across our entire team around Vogel Bros.’ culture.

This alignment allowed us to work on reinforcing an already strong culture, rather than trying to create a new one.  We did this by memorializing our beliefs and values in a simple, clear manner. Our mission “to continually improve our services in order to enhance the lives of the people in the communities we serve” is supported by the strong foundation provided by our beliefs and values.  These foundations – our mission and vision – are lived out every day by our employees in our services.  This is VOGELart – or the Vogel Way.

VOGELart is the way that we support and embody our client’s “WHY.” This approach allows us to conduct our business with the best interest of our clients as our top priority. We are guided by this approach in our daily work by the goals and aspirations of our clients. We work in support of our client’s mission and vision. This is the Vogel Way.  This is VOGELart.
